Reservations :
All reservations must be confirmed in writing. To guarantee the reservation a 25% deposit is required within 7 days of confirmation (Subject to the duration of the travel date and Services). For bookings made within 10 days of arrival, full payment by express bank transfer or credit card is required. Credit card payments carry a 5.5% processing fee.
Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. The amount payable will be in EUR, CHF, USD or GBP unless otherwise stated.
Payment Options :
Online Card Payments
Visa, Master and American Express Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system / PayPal. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction
The Europe Tours, as a Verisign Certified Site, uses the latest 32 bit encryption technology and other sophisticated methods to protect your credit card information. You can book your product using SSL encryption (the internet standard for secure transactions). In fact, transacting online with a credit card at the website is even safer than using a credit card at a restaurant because we do not retain your credit card information. You can be assured that The Europe Tours offers you the highest standards of security currently available on the internet so as to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and secure.
If the payment on the credit card is declined for some reason, alternate payment instructions must be received by The Europe Tours 24-48 hours; else, the order is liable to be cancelled.
The Europe Tours charges a service fee on all bookings. In case of cancellation of booking, this fee is non-refundable.
Internet Banking
The Europe Tours processes payments through direct bank transfer or online gateway system which enables safe and secure transactions.
Pay at Hotel (Post Pay)
With some of our partner hotels The Europe Tours has negotiated a special facility where The Europe Tours customers can pay the hotel directly at the reception at the time of check-in at the hotel.
Transaction Confirmation :
You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your “spam” or “junk” folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact us.
Delivery of Products/Services :
What is an e-Voucher?
An e-Voucher is a paperless electronic document with a confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper voucher. Passengers are required to produce the print out of the confirmation voucher at the Hotel or for excursions counter to check-in or join the tour.
How will I get my e-voucher details?
Your e-voucher details will be sent to the email address provided by you at the time of booking. If you do not receive your e-vouchers between 5-7 days after your final deposit with The Europe Tours, please Call or WhatsApp us.
The Europe Tours shall not be liable if customers do not comply with this requirement.
Is it necessary to carry my printouts of the e-vouchers and train tickets with me?
Yes, it is mandatory for you to carry a copy of your e-vouchers as sent by The Europe Tours. In the event that you fail to present a copy of your e-vouchers, The Europe Tours will not be held responsible if the hotel or other service providers disallows you from travelling.
Booking Process
– For booking process we would require 25% initial deposit in advance, and rest of the 75% deposit by 15 days before travel start date.
– Initial deposit is required to secure the tour cost at given rates, and for booking process. Also final deposit is required to generate all travel documents, as per the given due date. In case of any delay in final deposit, The Europe Tours will not be responsible for any auto-cancellation of the tour arrangements. Rest we will try to secure the land arrangements, as long as possible, based on your written email or WhatsApp request.
What are the cancellation/amendment charges?
Cancellation and/or amendment of services are at all times subject to fees/charges/levies/payments as may be levied or may be payable to the relevant service provider in accordance with such relevant hotel or excursion cancellation/refund policy. Prior to booking services, you must acquaint yourself with the relevant hotel or transporter cancellation/refund policy with respect to the ticket to be booked. Any cancellation/amendment fees/charges/levies/payments levied by/payable to the relevant service provider shall be to your account. Except to the extent stated in the individual service provider terms and conditions or otherwise applicable to specific services booked/issued, cancellation fee are payable.
The customer must read individual services specific terms and conditions in order to find out if the service proposed to be booked/purchased is subject to any additional cancellation fee or charge and The Europe Tours assumes no liability whatsoever in this regard.
The Client may cancel his / her tour subject to the following cancellation charges :
Cancellation must be advised by E-mail only to The Europe Tours. On cancellation, refund will be made after the deduction of cancellation charges as per the following cancellation schedule. No Telephonic cancellations shall be accepted.
25% of Package value if cancellation request is received before 30 days from the scheduled date of departure of the tour.
50% of Package value if cancellation request is received within the period of 16-29 days or before the scheduled date of departure of the tour.
100% of Package value if cancellation request is received within the period of 0-15 days or before the scheduled date of departure of the tour, which means no refund. No refund or adjustment will be made in the event of interruption of journey by a client on his own choice after the commencement of the tour.
Note: Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is mandatory to contact The Europe Tours for refunds and the service provider will route the refund for your services booked on the website, through The Europe Tours .
The above mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary. In case of lost or damaged tickets, the refund process cannot be initiated with the Hotel, Trains and other services. Refund would be through cheque, wire transfer, PayPal, Bank remittance or demand draft.
In case you avail the website’s tour reservation service and are, thereafter, not contactable on the contact details provided in this regard, then the tour reservation selected by you will stand cancelled and The Europe Tours would not be liable for any charges/expenses incurred by you, either directly or indirectly in this regard.
Refund Policy :
The refund accruing to the The Europe Tours Customer shall be processed within 25-30 working days from the date of the cancellation request and subject to receipt of the refunds from the service provider. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by PayPal within a maximum of 30 days from date of cancellation of the reservation. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective service provider.
The Europe Tours acts only as a facilitator of services and shall not be held liable for any changes, deficiencies, disputes, etc. related to the services being provided by the third party service providers, including the matters related to delays in refunds or no refunds, of the fares and charges paid to third party service providers. Please note convenience fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable.

Liability :
The Europe Tours give notice that all arrangements for transport and conveyance, and for hotel accommodation or for any services, are made by them as agents on express condition that they shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident or irregularity howsoever caused.
We strongly recommend that all clients take out travel insurance.
Complaint/Compensation
In case of complaints or problems regarding the services supplied by The Europe Tours, the client should report them immediately to give The Europe Tours the chance to investigate and try to solve them.
If the client fails to follow the procedure mentioned above, your right for compensation may be affected, as we will have been deprived of the opportunity to rectify the problem.
If the complaint is not resolved during the period of the stay, a registered letter should be sent to The Europe Tours within 5 days from the end of the stay.
Promotion Codes
The Europe Tours generates promotion codes from time to time which may be availed on the site as a discount coupon.
The Europe Tours reserves the right to add, alter, modify, withdraw all or any of the Terms and Conditions or replace, wholly or in part, the program by any other program, whether similar to this program or not or withdraw it altogether without any prior notice.
In case of dispute with any party, TheEuropeTours.com’s decision will be binding and final.
